We love our new GE ice machine. The set up was very easy and it started making ice right away! Looks great and is very efficient!

So far we are loving this ice machine. The extra water tank on the side is wonderful. No more adding water every day. The ice is the perfect size and doesn't melt very fast in the maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is far superior to the Frigidaire unit we had die on us after eleven months of faithful service, even though it was quite noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Unit Overall

I have had it for 2 years now. Great run but now it's on a constant cleaning mode. We unplug and reset and it last for a day. It continues to just filter water causing what ice we have to melt. Not sure what life expectancy is but for the price lasting 2 years just doesn't seem right.

Absolutely a perfect purchase. We needed something small but mighty, especially during the summer months. A tip of advice I learned is to make sure the water doesn’t run out! If you do, your subject to the machine to stop working properly! If you keep it full you’ll have a ice machine for a long time!
I love that the ice maker is slim, compact and the water container sits perfectly neat right next to it. I am very picky with appliances, especially ones that are bulky. I was impressed with this design considerably we live in a small area. I hope this helps for others considering their purchase.
