Great product. Perfect nugget ice - quick, easy to use and set up. Impressive design and a really impressive machine. Well designed and substantial yet not too heavy. Directions are clear. Easy to use. Would recommend to anyone who likes iced drinks!

It’s Simply the Best!!

The best ice machine EVER!! It’s absolutely perfect. Perfect soft ice biggest!! It’s quiet, you can use the app and set when you want it to make ice! It’s incredibly indulgent, but after 3 cheap ice makers we researched, read all the good reviews and watched YouTube videos. It was clear this is the best model on the market. I’m thankful we bought this! With summer here, cocktails are a breeze and iced coffee is even better with nugget ice!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Ice But Too Loud

Makes beautiful ice, but it makes so much noise (sounds like cats fighting) and the the compressor sometimes sounds like a lawn mower. And yes, we run the descaling mode as required. It still makes the noises. We’ll likely have to return this soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When Opal is in need of defrosting, it may start to squeak as the ice starts to build up around the mechanisms which are completely normal. We love this high quality cubed ice! Installation instructions were easy to follow and setup was quick. In no time we had a bucket of ice available. The maker is quiet and stainless steel blends well with my kitchen setting.
