This unit works very well. It is a little loud, and gets real loud when it needs cleaned. Does a lot better using distilled water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would give it 5 stars but it does make noises when making ice most the time. It does a really good job at making ice tho.

Perfect…when it works!

When it works it is GREAT! However….I have had this unit for about 4.5 months and it quit working. Getting help has been difficult and getting a replacement has been almost impossible. This was a very expensive Christmas gift that should never give these kinds of problems this soon. My sister got one for me and one for her daughter…both had/have to be replaced. No reason for this.
