Overall the product works exactly as expected. Easy to understand and operate.
The only thing that baffles me is why you would have to pay extra to add the side tank on when it should be standard because even with the side tank we’re constantly having to refill. Maybe we just drink a lot (just two of us).

Great features and perfect ice

I love this ice and convenience. Perhaps you may eventually produce one with a filter so distilled water will not be necessary. My only complaint is that it stays on “making ice” rather than saying “add water”. I ve only had a few days and worked correctly for a few days. What to do ?
