TOO noisy!

This machine will eventually make so much noise, it'll be unbearable! We had to return ours 2 times, then the warranty ran out. Huge waste of money, for one of the most expensive countertop ice makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ice, but totally unreliable

First off, I love the ice and I love this ice maker … when it’s working. Unfortunately, I’ve had four (yes, FOUR) of these machines crap out on me within a couple of years. The last three have stopped making ice and displayed the “add water” message, even when full of water. Yes, I tried futzing with it 100 times, turned on clean mode, stuck my finger on the intake to prime the pump, drained it, refilled it … in all cases, this worked for a couple weeks but eventually it stopped making ice completely. So disappointing, because having this ice around makes everything better. Please work out the bugs and give me a machine that lasts more than a few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the opal ice!

Love the ice maker, love the soft crunchy opal ice!
A few things I would do differently is make an option for the drip tray to have a mat that fits that for water drops, inside the ice box to make that box bigger to make sure the water at the bottom is not noticeable, and try to see if you can make it quieter..
Other than those things it's been great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features - Solid Machine

I love this machine! The Bluetooth function to control while away from home is great! I can leave it off during the day and then start it from my phone when I leave work! I had to finally replace my old machine after 5 years of use and this unit is a big upgrade! It's quieter, doesn't get hot and has more functions than the old machine. I also did not have the side car before so I love that!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ice is wet. Seems to be in continuous state of melting. The ice bin leaks on to counter when retrieving ice.

We are loving it so far! Nice capacity, easy use and care. Really loving the nuggets it produces! It runs most days because we love it so much. Would highly recommend ! Praying it lasts for a long time.
