Yes, it is a General Electric product that functions very well, without interruptions and without alarms and strange operational procedures. I am totally satisfy, and enjoy it all the time for drinking water, juices, sodas, and fo sure my spirits and "on the rocks" scotch.

Great Ice, High Price, Result Is Nice

After thinking about this purchase over 3 years, I finally convinced myself to purchase the latest GE Profile ice maker. As expected, the ice is perfect...soft, chewable, and strangely satisfying. The operation is very simple. At this time I am still having to elevate the side tank 1.25 inches in order to get it to provide water to the main unit. I have performed all of the obvious steps to remove air bubbles etc. but do have this minor issue. I am not sure about the value of the wifi. To me it does not add anything and does not stay connected anyway even though I do have a very strong wifi signal throughout my property. Overall I am very glad that I made this purchase.

How did we live before having this amazing ice?!? You can routinely find my children and I standing at the ice machine gorging ourselves. I purchased a 4 yr warranty with this bad boy and we are excited to enjoy it for the years to come.

I have only had the machine working for a week. Having a little trouble with cleaning light staying on all
the time. Could not turn off the machine when defrosting light was on. I went to breaker in garage turned off ice maker that way. Past two days screaming sound coming from machine. After turning off breaker last night it has worked fine all day. Maybe by turning off power to ice maker it reset something. Get back to me in two weeks and I will
