It really is ‘the good ice’. We’ve only had the Opal 2.0 for a few weeks and while it’s a bit noisy, we love it!

I’ve produced is great.
Noise level is acceptable but when the room is quiet that’s all you hear.
Opening the bin for ice always drips water condensation just directly in front of machine. I know there’s a drip catcher but there’s a design error if you need the catcher.

Great ice at a cost but worth it so far.

I bought this for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift. She loves it and we love it. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is due to the water level issues with the side tank. On multiple occasions the unit runs out of water and will not pull water from the side tank. I’ve been experimenting with different things to figure it out but this has been the only negative part so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I keep going back & forth on whether I wanted to buy this ice maker. It’s a bit expensive & some people have some really negative reviews (noise, size, etc). I decided to go for it & absolutely love it!
