Crazy noise

I got my ice maker at a raffle for a cystic fibrosis fundraiser. Brand new in the box but I never got a receipt. This machine make the most horrible noise that can be heard through out my house. Absolutely horrible. Love the ice but can’t keep machine on. Can I get any help?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty Great little ice maker

This ice maker honestly is one of the best things we've purchased for our home, great ice, fantastic taste, easy to clean. The only thing that makes it 4/5 is how when the ice melts it all clumps together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love ice- and, particularly the ice from Sonics. When I learned about this product- I was thrilled! It produces just enough ice for me daily and I feel so indulged!
While we did have a filtering problem 6 months in, customer service was great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been pondering this purchase for about 3 years. I waited too long! I should have ordered it 3 years ago. I love this ice machine. It is VERY quiet, very efficient in making ice and very easy to use. This machine does not take up very much space and is very attractive on my countertop. When I brag to others about my ice machine, I find out that others that have also purchased this unit are extremely happy with it, too. I have yet to find anyone that I know that dislikes this ice machine!

Everyone loves the ice and the machine is never turned off. The only problem is that it has started making a squealing sound. The sound isn't that bad, but you can hear it.
