GE Profile ice machine

Works great. Had another one for a year and a half and it went on the blink. Opened the top and found a circuit board out of place. Put it in the correct place. We have two ice machines now.

I love my ice maker! My husband gave it to me as a gift with the optional side tank. I use it all day, every day! It keeps up with my needs and I haven't had any problems. I clean it once a month with vinegar. Love it!

Waste of money

I had 2 of them and had problems with both of them very disappointing, was really excited about it and after and hour of getting it and made great ice then. It sounded like a cat was inside of it dying. Waste of money woke up the hole house, really really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the extra $$$

We’ve tried multiple countertop ice makers…this is the only one worth its salt. Easy to use and refill. We have the side tank to lessen the times to refill daily. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper versions…they don’t even compare!!

The ice maker worked great for a little while then just quit. We have cleaned it but it still won’t make any ice.

If your Opal Ice Maker is not making ice, it may be about to start the ice-making process. If that's the case, the Ice Maker will visually indicate what mode it is in.
