I like how it recycles the water. I like the shape of the ice cube.i wish I could figure out how to hook it to my water cooler though.

Finally great ice tea again

My refrigerator ice machine went out several months ago. Decided to get this ice machine because of the crunched ice. So good. I’m in heaven

My family no longer uses the refrigerator ice. Make sure you get the side tank. This will stop when full. If it were cheaper I would buy more and give as gifts.

Great ice but not great refill tank

The ice is amazing! Our only issue is that the machine keeps telling us that it needs more water even though the refill tank is full. It usually fixes it by jiggling the tube between the ice maker and refill tank every once in a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nothing but noise since we bought it

From the first day we got the machine it has made a terrible grinding noise. We can only have it on for a short amount of time and then have to turn it off. I have only been able to fill the ice bin one time. And we can't get the side tank to work either. We have to make sure the reservoir is full at all times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
