Greatest ice!

I love what I call sonic ice. My husband really loved sonic ice. I was going to buy the icemaker for him for Christmas 2022. But he got sick in Jan. 2022 and passed away 1 year ago today. So I really bought it as a bucket list for my husband. Everytime I use it , It brings him to my mind and heart.So I love the ice machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an awesome ice maker. I have only had it for a few days but the ice is wonderful and it works nicely. Does not make much noise at all. You won’t be disappointed

An okay machine

I have had this product since February as a birthday gift from my husband. I have had nothing but issues with it!! I only use bottles of distilled water in the machine, yet, after a couple of days, the cleaning indicator comes on. So I have to take the entire thing apart and clean everything. I’ve even performed a deep clean using vinegar. Yet, within days the cleaning indicator comes on and stays on for days. It’s very frustrating and we are probably going to sell it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

5 months stopped working

Followed directions to the “t”. Reverse osmosis water. Cleaned monthly if not more often. Then just stopped. Says “add water” when both tanks full. I’ve restarted and reset and cleaned again. Nada

Makes ice fast. I prefer a harder, clear ice cube. Small size melts fast in cocktails.
Normal Operation is noisy. Noise is overwhelming if chunks get into pumping area.
