Quiet and Perfect Ice

We've been through 3 countertop ice makers. I decided to give this one a try, because I was tired of cheap ones that broke.
Like a lot of people, i had an Add Water issue in the beginning. However, once I made sure the tank hose wasn't bent wrong, it worked perfectly.
Makes the perfect ice for enjoying with your drink, or for making protein shakes, smoothies or other type drinks. Compared to our others, it is quiet (yes, some are some squeaks if you run it constantly for hours on end, but that is just from the process and you don't hear it unless it is completely quiet).
It looks great in the kitchen and the lights add a pleasant effect at night. I highly recommend the product.

Best ice maker ever!

I am in love. This is the best ice maker and worth every penny. I previously purchased a less expensive ice maker, while decent you definitely get what you pay for. As a birthday gift to myself I purched this ice maker. I use it everyday and absolutely love it.

Returned after one week. Required descaling after just a few days of use. Not practical

We were hesitant to buy Opal but so glad we did! It will save us money in the long run due to the fact that I was buying 2 bags of Sonic ice a day. The ice thus thing makes is awesome! Best. Buy. Ever.

I’ve had this unit for nearly a month. It makes ice quickly. I love the look. Can be just a bit noisy but it’s not constant. Took off the side reservoir to save counter space. Side tank had a tendency to leak or drip water while refilling. It’s just too easy to refill the main reservoir. Over all, I’d still purchase this unit. Hoping it lasts!

Great texture

I love this ice maker. My sons a builder and he has two of these in his home. The texture of the ice is great for anyone who loves eating the ice as they drink. Easy to eat, crunchy, tiny ice. The whole family loves it. I’m thinking about getting one for my office.
