Don't fix ice disp. on your refrigerator-buy this!

We were so tired of the ice maker on our refrigerator getting jammed and needing repair so we bought this ice maker. We love the ice that it makes and it is was cheaper than one call to the appliance repair man. Great quality, easy to use, and economical for the amount of use it gets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible product, went through 2 of them in less than 2 weeks. Both made horrible noises, no matter what was done it never stopped. Followed everything to a T and why pay that much for something of that quality.

Great tasting ice. Machine needs to last longer th

I love the ice this machine makes as I am constantly chewing on the ice. This is the 3rd machine I’ve bought in the last 4 years. I clean it on a regular basis and maintain it as instructed. These machines are expensive and should last longer than they do. I also like the larger tank compared with the smaller one it now comes with. Lucky for me I still have my larger tank.

Love the ice but not the noise.

We love it when it is working and not screaming like a banshee. We had it for about 4 months before it started making noise and we would have to unplug it to get it to stop. It now happens 2 times or more a day. Working with the warranty company now. I will update with the results if possible.
The side tank is a must, I can’t imagine filling without it.

Terrible Noise.. will cause headache

Should be zero stars.. I have had this appliance for lest than one month and it is making the most horrible noise.. sounds like a gear is jammed up or something.. does this about 3 to 4 times a day. So dissappointed.

We had the first generation, twice. Loved it. Both died. Opted for the 2.0 with an extended warranty.

Noise!

The product worked great for the first few months! However, it eventually began to make a screeching noise that grew louder and louder over time. We tried every recommended cleaning solution, until it got to the point of sitting unplugged in the cabinet because the noise was unbearable.
