Best small appliance in my kitchen. We use it everyday. We delayed buying for two years because of complaints about noise. Ours is NOT noisy at all. We love it. Great product. Wished the price would come down a bit.

The side tank broke. Warranty won’t replace side tank. Said warranty doesn’t cover the side tank but they would send me along

So far so good! Love having crunchy pebble ice in our drinks and so far this has been a great machine. When making ice it is a little noisy but that doesn’t run continuously. The assembly instructions were a little confusing, but we got it together and love it.

I use to own a smaller countertop ice maker that I thought was great but would quickly run out of ice when multiple people were over. I bought this Opal 2.0 and I can't believe how quickly it makes ice, not to mention the nugget ice is way better for cocktails than the small cube ice you get from most ice makers. I'll never go back!

Bought the product for my husband because he’s one of those that has to have tons of ice with all his drinks (even if his drink is already cold). He absolutely loves it. He loves the ice size and is a complete fan now. Now my refrigerator ice-maker won’t have to struggle keeping up with supply and demand from my husband’s obsession with ice.
