I purchased the Ice Maker from amazing. I was super excited when it came in. After seeing some reviews on Facebook I became concerned because of all the bad experiences people were talking about. So far I have not have any issues. I was supposed it asked to descale so soon after purchase but overall I am excited to see how long it works. Depending how long it last I would purchase it again. I love the app feature because I can see if the ice maker needs attention. Overall I would recommend trying out this ice maker if you have the extra money or want the convenience of having an app.

When it works …. It’s great!

I loved it when we got it …. But 2 months in and it stopped working! Hoping customer service and the warranty pulls through - we really want to enjoy it again!

The packing was secure and protected the ice-maker from any damage in shipping. Simply instructions on how to setup, with bonus WIFI connection. Dual light settings. Noise is not an issue. My wife loves the Sonic ice. I do not recommend many products, but this is well worth the price. Buy the separate water tank. Fits on either side. Wish there was an extended warranty for purchase.
