This machine was easy to set up and use. It makes more ice than I can use, so I utilize the app to schedule ice making. Cleaning it was a bit of a pain because it is heavy and I have to move it across the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful Machine

If you have ever thought about getting this…. Just do it! I put it off for 6 months and finally bought one. I can’t say enough good stuff about this. The ice is wonderful and holds in my yeti cup for hours. If you do purchase this I highly recommend the side tank. It makes life so much easier. The WiFi feature is so wonderful. I set it for dinner and we have a bin full of ice ready to go. Don’t hesitate if you have ever thought about getting one of these. I wish I would have bought it sooner than I did! Cleaning is so easy and the filters do last.

Ice machine pumps out ice quickly, simple to use. Ice is good quality.
Downsides: not insulated super well, water has condensed in the basket window with no way to take apart to clean. App scheduling interface and capabilities are a bit confusing and difficult to navigate. Fairly heavy, cumbersome to move around for cleaning. Can get loud at times, not sure why. Replacement parts seem insanely expensive or impossible to find. Quite a bit of water drips into tray when you take it out to get ice. Wish you could take back apart to clean inside better.

Pebble Ice Masterpiece!

I love my Profile pebble ice maker. It was a piece of cake to install. Works like a dream and makes the best pebble ice ever. The bluetooth feature makes setting a schedule for ice making so convenient too. I tried other brands and this one shines above them all. Way to go GE!
