Best purchase I have made for our basement solace.

It was packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition. The set up was a breeze and took less than 30 minutes. Directions were straightforward, easy to understand, and follow.
I purchased the optional side tank, but since now every beverage has to be made with “the good ice” it seems like I’m still adding water all the time. I wish they would have included, as an option to plumb in directly to the homes water line.
Only regret is I wish I would have made the purchase sooner.

Very excited to have this ice maker. I'm using only distilled water which will hopefully limit the amount of required maintenance. I had zero issues setting it up and running it through its initial cleaning cycles. It has worked flawlessly, including its schedule which I sent with the app.

Love the ice nuggets, but slightly flawed

Ice maker has a sensor that tells it to start making more when the bin starts getting low on ice. The ice falls into the bin in a pile and doesn't really spread out, so the pile gets tall in the middle and "tricks" the machine into thinking the bin is full, so it stops making ice and that ice just gets melty.
