We are water snobs and ice hogs. Absolutely love that this machine keeps ups with 6 adults and our ice habits.
Honestly, only complaint is the frequency of cleaning. We use Reverse Osmosis system that removes all impurifications in the water.

Great overall, just a small nitpick

The ice that this makes is great and quick, and have not had any issues so far. The only complaint I have is that when you tilt the drawer forward the drips always run down the front into the drip catcher outside, leaving water marks on the machine. I understand it is needed to collect the water that melts back in to the pool inside to be used again and not lost, but when opened these drip outside when tilted forward. It seems like they could improve this aspect in a future revision, but that is the only criticism I could think of. Overall, fantastic.
