Amazing Ice!

Our entire family loves this ice machine...not cheap but the ice it makes is perfect! With the side reservoir we are refilling every other day because we all love the ice! Hoping this machine lasts for years and if it does, it'll be worth every penny.

I love the fact that I can schedule when I want it to start making ice and when for it to stop. It makes enough ice for my family of 7 to have threw out the day.

Noise seems to be gone

Ok, I love this ice maker, it was making some really horrible noises, and I was having no luck getting help with that, I unplugged it for a week, and restarted it about a week ago, so far it has not made that horrible noice. I am hopeful

Great tasting ice

Very pleased with the purchase. Ice tastes great and the machine makes new ice pretty quickly. My only concern is how often I'll have to clean the tank given the hard water in my area.

Makes load screeching sounds

We love our ice maker however one week into use it has made these horrible screeching sounds. I have performed the cleaning cycle and also started a weekly routing but this definitely has been cumbersome just the maintenance alone. Without the sound and all the maintenance this would easily be a 5 star rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
