We love the nugget I’ve maker and reserve tank! The size of the machine is an issue and takes a whole counter. The only complaint would be how tedious the cleaning process is and how often descaling had to happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my ice machine!! Gives you the nugget ice everyone loves. The machine is easy to set up. It is a little loud when making the ice.

It’s a GE product.

It looks nice, and does operate when it wants to. Otherwise, I’m order to setup the Wi-Fi, you have to register your product through an app, that’s a third party with GE. I used it for one day and it already requires to descale and clean. I set a timer for when to start making ice on the day we used it and it never operated so we had less ice than anticipated for our gathering. There’s a ouddoe of water in the r ice bin before it starts making ice, which would melt the ice much quicker in the reservoir. Again, it looks nice, it makes ice but all of our appliances that came with the new build house are GE and we’ve had to have them serviced or replaced within two years. Curious how long this ice maker will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product. Great Ice

Just over three months now, and our ice maker is working perfectly. I was a little hesitant to buy after reading negative reviews about reliability, noisy operation, connectivity, etc, but so far we’ve had none of those issues. We’ve just nothing but distilled water and there has been little or no scale buildup. One gallon of water will last the two of us about 6-7 days, and we use it every day. We love the chewable ice and having good clear ice for our drinks. Haven’t used our refrigerator ice maker since getting this set up.
