Makes ice quickly. Occasionally it makes a very loud noise and we have to unplug for a period of time

Great but very noisy during defrost

We bought this device because our daughter has one... but during the defrosting the machine makes a very loud and annoying sound.. wakes us up in the middle of the night sometimes..

Fantastic ice maker

I purchased the nugget I’ve maker back in November and have truly enjoyed having it. Although it’s a bit of an investment it’s so worth it. It consistently makes ice and the ice does not freeze into one big chunk. The nuggets are easy to chew and cool down my drinks nicely.

Family and house guests tend to come in the door and head straight for the ice maker before even saying hi! I am personally consuming more water now just because of this ice maker as I love the 'chew' of the ice. I read all kinds of complaints of the noise, but they are not founded. It is no louder than our fridge or freezer. I should have started with the added water chamber. I was having to fill it pretty much daily. Now I can fill it once a week or so. Highly recommend!!!
