We are very happy with our ice maker. Worth every penny. Makes ice fast and even kept up with 14 people at Super Bowl party. Made a great improvement in all drinks.

The machine works like a dream! I wish the cleaning and descaling processes were simpler but it is all worth it for this amazing ice! Best ice ever!

Good ice maker - ours is making squeaky noises tho

Good product, ice falls from the back of the unit, gets stacked up in the back of the basket so the machine turns off before the bucket is full of ice because it doesn't evenly disperse around the whole bucket.

It works great out the box but after so many months I don’t care what brand they mess up. This one seems to be a little better than the 4 ice machines I have had so far. But buy a protection plan!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
