Glad I finally purchased!

After months of contemplating this purchase to supplement my refrigerator ice maker that freezes up, I finally pulled the trigger and am so glad I did. While there is some maintenance/cleaning involved and it’s a little noisy, the pros more than outweigh the cons. The ice maker keeps up with our household demands, which are fairly high, and having the nugget ice is just an added benefit. I do not regret spending the amount I did to purchase this.

Love it, but could be better

Love the ice & easy to use. However it does make really loud squeaky sounds when the components become too frozen. The machine does sense this and kicks itself into defrost mode, but sometimes it takes a while before it actually switches over to defrost making the sound very unpleasant. For a premium price, I expect more from this product. Glad I bought it for a much more price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love having a little nugget ice. This machine makes enough for about 2 people. We had to move it into another room because it is loud. On occasion it will make a very loud screeching noise.

Great Ice - Pretty Noisy

Runs a lot and very noisy in our main area, but the family loves the ice nuggets. Overall, we're happy with it but I wish it was quiet!
