Best invention ever! Was contemplating this for several months before I was able to convince my husband to purchase for me as a Christmas gift and boy, it does not disappoint!

Love this ice! It's delightfully small and yet cold enough to get the job done. No problems with the machine, it works great. We are sure to use our reverse osmosis water in it for even tastier ice.

I bought the machine for Christmas and 1 month later the machine would no longer make ice. I cleaned the machine over 10 times to try and see if something was blocked but it contributed to not make ice. Would not recommend this machine to others

With that being said, here are a few things you can try to correct the issue with ice production:
- Ensure that the opal has plenty of water in the reservoir.
- Check that the ice bin is pushed all the way in place.
- Try to reset the Ice Maker by unplugging the unit for 3-4 hours.

Love the ice, but the noise is terrible! I’m literally in the process of vinegar soaking my opal. It literally sounds like a cat-fight during the defrost cycle. Hopefully a cleaning will fix the noise because if it doesn’t, this will go down as being one of the worst appliance purchases ever!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My mom loves the ice it makes. Easy to use. Like the cleaning reminders. Was great having it set up to the wifi. Was able to start making ice before we got home. It was ready for use to have right after we walked in the door.
Only thing is the side was dented bad in Shipping. So now the machine rattles a lot noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love having this ice machine! Everyone in my household (and others who don’t live with us) love this machine!!! The only drawback is the noises it makes and I’m not sure if that’s normal. Overall, I highly recommend.

Good ice, crushed ice, wet ice, fast food ice. Whatever you want to call it, this machine will change your beverages forever. Easy to use. Set-up is a piece of cake. No issues whatsoever.
