Love nugget ice!

We love having nugget ice at home anytime! The timer setting on the app is nice too because you can set it to have ice ready when you wake up.

The machine sounds like a demon lives in it if it's not cleaned every 2 weeks even with soft water and the ge filter. It makes great ice but upkeep is a big pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought 2 ice makers
1st one we had to return as it was not making any ice.
2nd one we returned because it made so much noise every 45 minutes for like 15-20 minutes. It was so loud we had to turn the tv volume at 60 cause that machine made the loudest noise ever when it was defrosting.

I love my ice maker, I bought it as a gift to myself. I do think it’s a bit pricey but after owning it I’m content with that. The only thing I’m not sure about is the motor will sometimes sound like it’s humming. Not sure if that is normal.

Since we got this we don’t use anything else for ice. So easy and love the pellet ice. Have not had to change filters yet but so far it’s five stars!

Great Ice BUT!

Makes great ice when it works! Only have had it for a couple of months and it is already giving us trouble. We clean it regularly, but about once a week it indicates that it needs water, even though the machine and side tank are both full of water. End up draining it and using a syringe in the drain hole, pushing the syringe in and out several times and then running the cleaning cycle again. Even though it had been cleaned just a few days before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
