I love the machine. So far I have not had any issues. It is very expensive but I am do not regret the purchase

A little bulky and takes up a lot of counter space for smaller kitchens. Maybe a thought is to create an overhead reservoir for the water rather than a side reservoir. The hose and the way it has to feed to the reservoir and how it has to be away from the wall at least 4 inches so the hose won't kink is annoying. Maybe also condense the overall width and depth of it. Works great. Quickly makes ice. Happy it's Bluetooth to make sure I start making ice before I get home from work which is 20 minutes away I'll have a good glass of ice worth for my first drink is a great thing.

I love my ice maker. I had my eye on it for years, but finally decided to surprise myself with it for Christmas last year! As long as I keep water in the reservoir, it keeps making ice. AND I program it to stop at 8pm and start at 6am so that I have plenty of ice when I wake up!!

I've been wanting one of these ice makers since they came out years ago. I absolutely love mine! The app is also convenient with scheduling your next batch of ice. It's nice to be sitting many miles away and turn it on, so I have fresh ice when I arrive home. Whether I'm making my Lotus energy drinks or preparing to sit down to dinner with my family, we have a full supply of "the good ice"!

Everything works as it should, never seems to get too dirty and makes cleanups and sanitization easy. Nothing has gone wrong yet and works almost all day for the last few months. Overall great product that has been very consistent.
