Our family love this ice machine. The nugget ice is soft just the way we like it. The only issue I am having is the ice machine will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Overall a great product

Overall really good product. Works as described & produces a large amount of ice. The auxiliary tank is very useful & reduces time of adding water to the maker. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due the noise of the unit when making ice. Every time you remove a scoop of ice the maker automatically come on and I feel is a little noisy.

It's already broken

We have had our icemaker for 1 month. It worked okay, but started making horrible noises for 40 minutes straight. So, we descaled it following the instructions provided, and now it will not even start making ice. So dissapointing!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our icemaker. I would recommend only running RO water through it though. It can get dirty quickly with hard water.

I love my ice maker only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because sometimes the ice tastes weird like the filter or something but it’s new and already cleaned so not sure !
