I love soft crunchy is like tha found at a fast food place or even in the hospitals. It’s cold, airy, & the crunch is amazing. It seems to be very energy smart. It doesn’t keep the ice cold so it will thaw but the smart design puts it right back in the reservoir for making the next batch. It also turns itself off when the bucket gets full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this Ice Machine

I love this machine so much I showed my neighbor and she bought one too. My neighbor has the larger side reservoir which I wish I had because it seems like I am constantly refilling it because I use so much ice. It is a little noisy but I think that is to be expected for a countertop ice machine. The cleaning process is pretty easy the only downside occurs when cleaning. The machine itself is pretty heavy so it is difficult to move around for cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the ice, but…

The warranty runs out after a year, and no matter what I did to de-scale and try to keep clean. The machine eventually broke down. It’s a great product initially, but there is no way to keep it fully operational.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
