Loud and squeaky

I love my ice maker. However it screams and is super loud when it’s in defrost mode.

Fantastic nugget ice maker!

We have been pleasantly surprised at how well this ice maker works and how easy it is to use. The ice maker on our refrigerator went out and we were looking for a nice unit that would last us until it was time to get a new refrigerator. But we might be in trouble! We love the nugget ice this unit makes and it is very convenient to use. We dump some in the freezer so we always have some on hand but the fresh ice right out of the unit is the best. I'm sure you could use tap water but we pour water from our Brita pitcher into the tank. It has worked excellent and the ice tastes fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great Ice Maker

This is a great nugget style icemaker. The side tank makes sure there is always water. It is easy to use and to set up. Been using it 2 months now and there are no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this ice maker. I have it set to make ice before I wake up and again for when I get home. It’s the best ice for chilling the water in my Hydro Flask or what ever my drink of choice may be any other time of the day. It’s Fantast-ice

This is the perfect addition to our home. If you like fresh perfectly made ice for cocktails, or anytime I would not hesitate to purchase this ice maker. Does not have any random freezer taste that refrigerator ice has. Also, fits under counter!! Bonus ! Love this!

Having used less expensive, lesser quality freestanding ice machines in the past this GE opal ice machine is worth the price! From the smart features to the actual ice produced this machine knocks it out of the park!

This machine is amazing!!! I love it! Nugget ice at home is a dream come true! I can set it to start making ice before I get out bed! Yes it might be considered loud for some people, but it does not bother us at all because it’s making magic!
