Works wonderfully!

After setting the ice maker up (we followed all the directions for the cleaning steps), it works perfectly and we had ice for our drinks in less than an hour! It is very quiet and the light is nice to have at night in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the ice machine. It creates the best little nuggets and we can't get enough! We are very happy with the machine and so glad we got it. My two complaints would be, as many others have commented, too - it requires regular cleaning/descaling (almost weekly) and defrosts without warning, which usually depletes the entire bin of ice. Those are not deal breakers, just sharing feedback.

Easy to set up. Great phone app to program when to start making ice before you get home from work and when to turn off. Perfect ice nuggets that are chewable. Makes a lot of ice in a short amount of time. Kept up with our party of 25 people. Are family all enjoys this ice machine. Fits perfectly on a standard depth countertop and under the upper wall cabinets as long as you have a min of 17"of height space. Matches our Black Stainless appliances very nice.
