We have loved our prior Opal machine and upgrade made to the latest generation. Best chewing ice ever. Better than Sonic.

Takes about an hour to run through the initial setup. I’m pleasantly surprised by how fast it makes ice. Highly recommend!

Great Icemaker

The icemaker was easy to set up. It keeps ice cold, which was the key issue we had with a competing brand. The ice tastes great. I use bottled water to not have to deal with cleaning as often. I have not cleaned the unit yet. So I have not comments on that process. It has acted like it was in the cleaning process and it stayed stuck in that. I had to unplug the unit to get it out of this setting. So I have a small level of concern about the unite. This is the only reason I have given it a good rating. Otherwise, it would be excellent. We are very happy with the product at the moment.

Awesome Ice Made at Home!

Purchased one of these after a Christmas party at my family’s house. Love the ice, makes it pretty quick, not to loud, has the ability to make ice on a schedule when paired with the app.
