I love my Opal. Exceeds all of expectations. I wish I could connect a water line to it instead of filling the reservoir up every 2-3 days.

I love the size of the ice it makes! It makes ice quickly as well, which is nice bc my freezer doesn’t have an ice maker!

Amazing Ice always ready

I love ice. In my water in my coffee in pretty much enhances every cold drink. This machine is amazing! It’s not just ice. It’s the perfect size, perfect texture, even the temperature is just right. Ice is not too hard or too soft. If you love ice in your drink like I do you’ll understand. No regrets here. The only criticism is sometimes the machine makes some pretty loud noises. When this happens we all stop and laugh so no biggie.

OPAL 2.0 is the perfect answer for quality ice

I love this product. It fits perfectly on my counter underneath the cabinets. I refill the reservoir once every few days much like my coffee machine and I always have ice. Through the App I set it to automatically turn on at 8 am and off at 10pm and I always have ice when I need it.

The bin where the ice is stored doesn't stay cold enough to keep the ice frozen so while the unused ice is melting, the unit is constantly making fresh ice to ensure you never run out. If you feel you have enough ice for the evening, press the Power button to turn the unit off. Turn it back on again, when you begin to run low.
