Expensive, but exactly what I wanted

For anyone with a nice home bar, this is a nice capstone to your equipment. The setup for wireless is simple, and you're less than an hour from unpacking to getting ice in your bin. I can't imagine not having the side-mount water reservoir, so plan to make that part of your purchase. I wish the bin was a little more insulated to keep the ice from melting, but when you're using it for a party or other activity, melting won't be an issue.

It’s THE ice!!

That ice you get in he hospital? That use yiu get at take-out joints? This is it! The stuff that keeps cour drink cool for a long time, the ice that is almost good chewing it as the drink does, THAT ice on your kitchen counter!

Great when it works

I love it when it works but despite all my efforts of troubleshooting, Phone calls, cleaning it constantly goes into defrost mode several times an hour and more times a day than I can count. I've had the problem since the first week of my purchase and it still continues. Would not recommend.

Good ice, but needs consistent maintenance

We really like having this in our kitchen, but it has some issues with it automatically triggering to make more ice as the pellets melt/get eaten. Just means we need to run the deep cleaning cycle relatively often and manually restart the ice process. Not sure if that’s common or just our machine.

Our New Favorite Appliance

This appliance is awesome! We replaced our rarely-used mixer with this countertop nugget ice machine that we literally use all day, every day. Everyone in our family likes to chew ice and this is a game changer. The texture and quality of the ice is perfect. It makes ice faster than I expected it to. The side tank capacity is large which means you have to refill it less often. I also like how this version is WiFi-enabled which allowed me to tie it in to my Google Home routines so the light goes off at night and comes back on in the morning. There are some other basic functions in the app that are useful. All in all, we love this thing and will be recommending to anyone who will listen!
