I love this ice machine! I’ve been wanting this machine for a while and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. Although it took longer than I anticipated to figure out how to set it up when it was all said and done it was worth the time. Buy the machine….you won’t regret it!

Love the ice maker!! Wish the water tank was bigger and I didn’t get my drip tray with mine. Collectively I like it! Very quiet!

I was very unsure if I wanted to purchase this because I have heard they are a liitle noisy.
It was so simple to install and runs smoothly and quietly. and I can control this when I want to through an app on my cell. Love it!!. Glad I made the purchase. Well worth it.

Nugget ice is the best!

Bought this ice maker after looking at it online over and over. Read reviews from several different retail stores and decided to order it. Setup is pretty easy even though I had a couple of minor issues. I do feel like it says it needs to be descaled more frequently than it should as my area does not have hard water at all. I checked the enclosed manual and it states every 3-4 weeks is common, but the app has prompted me to perform the procedure 3 times in 3 weeks. Additionally it seems that the start/stop programs that can be added in the app do not always seem to start and stop at the correct time. It really does make great ice and that is exactly what itt says it does.

Stopped working after 4 months.

Stopped making ice and keeps defrosting. Deep cleaned as instructed and still doesn’t work. Will be returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
