The best ice

Does its job very well. Makes the best ice, and does it quickly. My only complaint is it can be a bit noisy at times, sounds like something is rattling inside. I hope it holds up well long term.

Exactly what I expected

Only been a month but so far so good the Wi-Fi features are handy when coming home from vacation. The light and cosmetics are great and go with our other kitchen products. The ice is the perfect sonic nugget ice exactly what my wife was looking for and hope that the longevity is as good as the looks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sonic Ice

This makes delicious ice! I set up a schedule on my phone app for ice and I can also activate the machine from across town with the same app. This is good because it takes about 30 mins to really start cranking out ice.
The machine is not very loud at all.
I only use distilled water to prevent hard water buildup. I also run the cleaning cycle weekly.
The ice is fantastic and just like Sonic, but not perfectly round. Kind of barrel shaped.
This machine is expensive, but my family gets a ton of use out of it. My kids love to just chew on the ice.
Very easy to set up, use and maintain. A great purchase.

Stopped working after only a few months

Worked great and I loved it…for a few months. Then it started making steeply loud grinding noise and won’t drop ice. I thawed it and cleaned it and started it again after a few days and it wouldn’t make any ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! It is a little pricey but definitely worth the investment if you’re an avid ice lover or want to be a little fancy shmancy when company comes over.. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
