Great ice maker!

We used to go buy the nugget ice at a local tea shop daily. Buying this ice maker has paid for itself already. Great quality! Definitely make sure you have the counter room to accommodate, just FYI.

Make sure to read the instructions while setting up and realize it takes time to set up and clean. It’s truly worth your time. After that, the ice is perfect! The side tank will let you go a long time before needing to refill and it’s very convenient. My family and friends love this ice, lol. As the instructions say, there are many different noises during ice making but no need to worry about them. As a side note, I’m using the filter sold by Opal and using only filtered water from my refrigerator to make ice. So far, very happy!

Easy to set up and quickly started making that loved pearl ice. App set up was easy and the ability to program when it turns on and turns off is a big plus. We have ice all day long and no more clunking ice cubes at night. Perfect for our RV

Love the pellet ice that it produces, and it makes quite a bit in a timely manner. The pump can be loud at times when the machine calls for water. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty if you decide to purchase this machine.

The ice maker is very consistent. Ice is always a good size. Keeps the ice longer than other brands. The water reservoir is a great addition. We have ice available all the time.

I’ve only had the ice maker for a few weeks but no complaints so far. I did have a little trouble connecting the machine to the app but once I got it done it has worked great. I love that I can set a schedule so it doesn’t run continuously.
