This was a replacement for a FirstBuild ice make that stopped working after 5 years. This updated version is a lot cleaner and easier to use.

My wife really loves it she used to buy bag ice even though we had two refrigerators with ice makers However its very loud can be annoying

I have wanted to purchase a pellet ice machine every since I saw one at a home that I was selling. She loved her ice machine & I had ice envy! So fast fwd a few years. I bought myself one since my husband couldn’t get my slap in the face hints. At least a pricey ice machine didn’t bother him either. Nobody else in my house likes the ice because they think it waters down the drink quickly. But I love this machine & it’s been a year since purchasing it. I even took it on vacation!

This ice maker is the best purchase ever. My entire family loves it and it has increased our water intake. Our youngest , 4 year old, can easily access the ice and fill her water bottle without any help. It produces a lot of ice and really easy to use. Love love love it and highly recommend it to everyone.
