Love the ice…machine is little noisy and sometime the machine says to add water but the extra water tank is full.

Great machine if you can afford it

I've had the opal 2 for about a month and I can say that I love the quality of the ice it makes. It's quiet and has a sleek look that fits great with my kitchen. Some cons would be the price and the cleaning procedures but if you have the time and money this shouldn't be a problem!

Almost like Sonic ice

Well so far so good. It came packaged good and was easy to assemble the extra water reservoir. Waited 6 hours to plug in and started it with no issues whatsoever. It’s quiet and producing plenty of ice. I like the App for setting a schedule but i wish they would add a cleaning reminder after so many hours of operation.
The ice is more solid of pellet form not like softer ice but is still chewable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants small nugget ice.
