Very Quiet & Quick

The side water storage is awesome. No more dumping water in the unit with the ice bin removed. I’ve had several different brands of these type of ice makers, this one is by far the best. Makes ice fast.

I rent, so I have to deal with the fridge my landlord gave us. I use lots of ice, so having to constantly fill ice cube trays is so tedious and annoying! I've been wanting to get an ice maker for a while now!! Having a countertop ice maker makes things so much easier!! Having a side tank reservoir is great too!!
It makes ice quickly and I love that they are nugget sized! Love it.!

The only reason it’s not a full 5 is because I had no clue what the maintenance would be like for this machine. Cleaning it can be a hassle and it’s very heavy. Other than that, we are super happy with the ice machine.

Have had a lesser expensive brand, this one (particularly with the side tank) makes great ice and works wonderfully

Quiet and relatively quick

I love that this works off of Wi-Fi and it works pretty good. If I could change anything it would be the set up (pretty heavy, flushing with bleach, placement away from heat, need inches around the back and also space in front for drip trey) also only makes 1 shape of ice. The good outweighs the bad though because it takes about 30-40 minutes to get a cupful, I can start it before I get home and it’s pretty quiet. How did I live life without it?
