Complete perfection

Once you sort out setup and how to drain/clean up, this item is complete perfection! We put it on our registry as a ‘wishlist’ item and we couldn’t be happier that a dear friend purchased it for us. We LOVE the size of the ice and the unit itself is super sleek and fits in perfection on our bar.

Great but…

We absolutely love the ice this makes. It is simple to use, simple to clean, and produces enough ice for the day. The only bad part about this: The ice bin does not have a cooler feature. It allows the ice to melt and recycles the water to make more ice. So, essentially, if you don’t keep using it to make fresh ice or 2 people fill up big cups with ice, the second person gets partially melted, wet ice which in turn, melts faster in the drink and waters it down. I would like to see an upgraded bin that is insulated to keep the ice longer before melt.
It’s a little pricy but the ice maker performs well, looks stunning, and makes great tasting ice all day and night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incredible Ice!

This ice is amazing! My family uses a lot of ice and this GE ice maker just keeps on producing. We love the soft crunch. It seems to always be full. As quick as we come back for more; it’s full again. We love it so much, we bought a second one just so we can have plenty when we have large family gatherings and life groups from church.

Stopped working after a month and a half

I would really like someone to call me back about my machine. After only a month and a half it has stopped working. That machine is to pricey to stop after a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ice!

The ice is great, and I love being able to schedule when the machine turns on and off. The only downside is you’re supposed to descale the machine weekly, and it’s about an hour and a half tedious process.
