LOVE THE ICE!!

I absolutely love my ice maker! I am so satisfied with being able to have ice on hand whenever I may need it. I also add ice to my cat’s water bowl and now every time I go to get ice she comes running for hers!! Lol

The drawer drains the water when open by design

But it’s messy and annoying. They should design a holder for the scoop on the outside of the unit

Not just any ice but soft nugget ice and after several years of spending money on fountain drinks to get it, I don't have to anymore with this machine. I don't like the cleaning process but it is better than driving out to get some

Three opal ice maker is a perfect addition to our kitchen. This machine churns out more than enough for our family of 5 who all love the soft ice. We're added the side tank and are working on a modification to connect directly to water supply. That is the only drawback of the machine. It should at least be an option to connect to a water supply.

I feel when I receive a product it should be ready to work. I should not have to clean it before I use it.
But we do love the ice! I would recommend it but prepare them that it’s going to have to be cleaned first. It’s not a plug in and go.
