absolutely love the ice and makes quite a bit i just really wish when you opened the ice compartment water would drop out from the melted ones at the bottom of the ice bucket

The good ice, for reals.

This thing makes the am/pm good ice and it is wonderful. If you are a beverage forward household, this is worth the price tag. I have it set to turn on in the morning and turn off around bedtime through the app. It doesn’t take very long at all for this thing to give you a full pint glass of ice after being turned on. By the time I’m done with my morning coffee routine, I have enough for the first seltzer of the day. I did not purchase the side tank version and I believe the money saved there was worth it. Can it be a little annoying to fill? Yes, only because our Brita pitcher can’t fit in there- I end up using the included ice scoop as like a funnel. My wife and I use ice all day and I would say I refill it about 2 times daily. Fits under standard height cabinets on the counter just fine. The depth is where I feel like it should live on the counter next to the fridge or on its own cart or bar area. So far no issues over the last two weeks and we use it every single day. This is a splurge purchase for sure. But dang, it is a good feeling splurge.

We love the quality of the ice and how fast it is made. The reason for only 4 stars is the water tank. We had a problem with it kept telling us to add water but it was full. We ended up sitting the tank on a piece of foam to raise the water level about an inch and haven’t had a problem since. Seems to be a bad design. Disappointing when you spend that kind of money for it not to work correctly. Over all we are happy.
