Perfect ice nuggets to crunch. Works fairly quickly. Cube sizes seem to keep drinks cooler for longer. Easy to work, clean etc.

This is a great ice maker. Would love to see a better drip tray, but that is my only hope for improvement. A tray with a grate would be super.

I absolutely love my machine! It does make some noise but typically I can’t hear it over the tv so it doesn’t bother me at all. Does exactly what I need it to and love the fact I can set times for it to turn on and turn off so I’m not wasting power. Price point was more than I wanted to pay but for the quality and the amount of use it gets I’m okay.

Convenient but noisy

I like how it makes the ice , i don’t like the sounds. It’s louder than the dish washer or as loud. also I should come with auto clean features that do not require undoing the water tubes - that machine is heavy - not easy on my back to move for cleaning. i would recommend BUT it’s very expensive.

As highlighted by the information above, a continuous grinding noise should be considered abnormal. The best course of action would be to take advantage of your limited warranty, if it is still active. To learn more about the warranty, refer to page 19 on your Owner's Manual. Fantastic except for the noise
