It made ice 2 times after that had to call GE

Great ice maker. Love the nugget ice. The best. Quiet. This is our third Opal device. We were on board since GE dreamt it up!! Hoping the price goes down as time does on.

Works great - delicious chewable ice!

It works great so far. The ice is delicious and the appliance works as advertised. There's a slight bit of weirdness when you add water to the external tank where you have to lift it up and shake it a bit to get a good siphon going between the tank and the main unit. It's no fuss at all though. Other than that it works great.

It's so good to always have this type of ice on hand. It's great for my wife and myself. Makes additional ice rather quickly too! Would highly recommend as an excellent ice maker for your countertop. I like the way it recycles the water from melted ice.

I love this ice maker. Best I’ve ever had. It is soooo quiet and the water tank is a major plus. The Wi-Fi is a major plus also

Makes perfect ice I make 3 buckets every other day and I chew it all day long. I hate water and this is how I get my water every day
