Best Ice! Breaks down a lot.

We love the ice from this machine. It is the best ice. It keeps up fairly good with four people in the house. Problem is, even with regular cleaning, it seems to break down a lot in different ways. We are on our fourth machine. But we keep pushing through because we love the ice. I would love to give it five stars, but I just can’t.

I am so excited to finally have my own Icemaker. The ice that is produced by this product is wonderful! The machine is quiet, and keeps the ice frozen.

Keeps loosing prime and stops making ice

I love the chunklet ice it makes but it keeps loosing prime of the water and stops producing ice. The happens when the water tank is below 1/2 full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best ice ever

Absolutely loving our ice maker! Setup and cleaning takes a bit but once done you are making ice pretty quickly. Noise isn’t as bad as we were expecting(complaints in other reviews) but the amount of heat it puts off is crazy. Definitely set it up in an area that it has space on the sides and back. Not sure if they are supposed to come with a water filter or not (ours didn’t) but it works fine with out.

This is the neatest appliance that I own!! It refills quickly and fits comfortably on my counter under the upper cabinets. I can't imagine having a cold drink with big clunky ice cubes any more!

Just not good

I have had two of these. One lasted 7 months and the other 2 weeks. Only using distilled water. Product needs to be re-engineered.
