Great Ice

Works well. Love to chew the ice nuggets. Internet connection instructions should clearer. My icemaker lost it connection and I still haven't been able to reconnect it.

Only worked for a day

This was a replacement ice maker because the new on I bought was making a squeaking noise as soon as I plugged it in to make ice the replacement they sent me started making a knocking sound as so as I plugged it in then stopped making ice after one day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome but a little noisy

I love this ice maker and am so glad I purchased it. It does make noise frequently so you may want to consider putting it in a pantry or bar area where it isn’t heard all the time.

Best ice, but not reliable

We loved our Opal 1, until it broke after 10 months. The warranty gave us a refurbished one that lasted 3 months and quit working. We bought an Opal 2 because we loved it up u til it broke down. If this one doesn’t last, we will never buy again.
