So disappointed

I am very disappointed in the Opal 2. I had the previous version Opal 1, I had to replace it twice during the first year because it kept breaking down. I love the ice though so I thought I would try the newer version. Unfortunately the side tank is smaller and needs constant refilling and the ice maker produces ice much slower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love this product! It’s certainly not our only GE appliance and won’t be our last. Currently looking at the 8 in 1 air fryer but this machine holds up to all the hype. Definitely a small investment but worth every penny! Beautiful look too!

Didn’t work. Always said it needed more water even when it was full. Support said it would need to be replaced so just returned it.

It stores the ice and when you get ice it will automatically produce more ice to stay at the full level

Love it. Hate the cleaning, although it's not arduous. Just time consuming. Hint: Found a sturdy large wooden lazy susan to out it on, makes cleaning access easier. Love the wifi connectivity.
