Worth the Price!

This ice maker is the best! We had a smaller counter ice maker before this one. It was so small and only held about one large ice tea cup worth of ice. This ice maker is amazing. I love love love the crunchy ice and it makes enough ice for several large ice teas (a must in my family)

Expensive, slow, but nice nuggets

Cleaning is a bit cumbersome. Bleaching once a week seems excessive, but for as expensive of an ice machine this is, who am I to argue if I want to keep it working properly.
Wifi scheduling feature is awesome. I set mine to start at 430am so we have enough ice for two adults come time to leave the house.
All in all I love the machine, just wish it were faster and didn't require as frequent cleaning.

Nice Ice, Horrible Noise

The ice is small, soft, nugget ice, my wife and kids loved it when they could get it. However, I could only make about one glass of ice before it would make a horrible grinding screeching noise that was audible through the whole house and required me to shut it off and let the whole thing sit for a while. So, that was pretty annoying and underwhelming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but screeching noise

Ice nuggets are great and love machine, but loud screeching noise can be embarrassing with guest over.

This is a great ice maker! The only problem I’ve encountered is the ice bin is a little hard to open and close but the machine does not leak water!

Runs smoothly. Occasionally you’ll hear some noise but not often. Definitely purchase the extra side water unit, makes filling the unit so much easier. Fits nicely on a countertop. Profile is low enough to sit under cabinets
