My family (5 of us at home) are using tons of pellet ice... loving it. This machine keeps up with us just fine... and has revolutionized our hydration lives. Great ice... quiet operation... low maintenance. The ice is a treat in itself and makes all our drinks treats.

I purchased the off brand first and hated it. You get what you pay for so my son in law and daughter knew how sad I was about the old one being trash and gifted me the GE Opal 2.0 and I am so much happier. It is everything

We love our ice maker, but at the moment are having a difficult time descaling it, so that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. We even bought one for my parents. Awesome for all-day water, cocktails and sodas.

A Modern Marvel!

Where has this been all my life?! I want one at work and one at home. I love the UV light feature and how it recycles the melted water. The ice is so satisfying to crunch. This is truly a modern marvel.

Omg I love this machine soooooo much! My entire family enjoys it...when I allow it LOL. This was the absolute best purchase I've made in a while. Being able to start my ice maker before I even leave work has been a big help and I love it more and more each day.

"We've got the good ice", I can proudly say to all of my friends now!! The Samsung ice maker in our refrigerator died and rather than fix it we just decided to go with this option and I'm glad we did! Obsessed.
