It was okay and the ice cream as great but couldn’t get past the noise. Also can’t store find of in the cabinets above it because it got to warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best kitchen purchase ever!

You need to get this! It makes ice quickly, stores it and it is a soft, chewable crunchable nugget, which is easier on your teeth than an ice cube. It was easy to get set up, with minimal effort. We use this daily and it is easy to fill the resevoir. We wonder why we waited so long. You shouldn't wait any longer. Get yourself one! You won't be disappointed.

Easy to use - looks great on my countertop

Makes a lot of soft, crunchy ice that my entire family and neighbors love. Fits underneath my cabinets and looks great in my kitchen. Easy to use and the side water tank holds a lot of water so I don't have to refill that often. Love this product - makes a great gift!

Never Run Out of Ice!

I was hesitant in purchasing because of some of the reviews, but decided to do so. I am glad I did. You won't run out of ice ever! The ice is smaller than the "good ice" but it is still like it. I have this machine on day and night (my daughter loves to eat ice). I like to have gatherings and it is perfect when making drinks. You have the option to purchase a filter for it. If you do, make sure that the filter is on correctly or the machine will not make ice. You will have to fidget with the filter until it starts to make the ice. There are also times when I refill the water tank and the "add water" lights up. I just open and close the ice drawer and it starts to make ice. It does make noise but it's not unbearable. I will definitely purchase again if anything happens to the one I have. It is a great investment.

Great Ice - But for cost shouldn't be a leaky door

Probably due to condensation, every time you get ice and open the door, water spills out. I'm going to look into their new ice dispensing opal to see if this would be better. The cost of these machines are more than a cheap full size refrigerator, I expect them not to have annoying issues
